Administrative and Technical Assistant - Model Cooperative Network

Model Cooperative Network is a federation of Savings and Credit Cooperatives. We are involved in the supervision and examination of cooperative operations to make sure that International Prudential Standards are achieved and maintained.

Administrative and Technical Assistant
Qualifications:
  1. College graduate in any 4-year Course,
  2. Keen on details; proactive, and customer-focused,
  3. With good oral and written communication skills,
  4. Proficient in the Microsoft Office and other similar applications,
  5. Flexible, open-minded and willing to learn.
Primary Function:
Is responsible for keeping and processing all documents regarding the company’s operations, and statutory responsibilities. Processes all company payments and bank deposits for company’s monetary assets; also responsible for arranging for company events and activities.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Prepares the employee’s payroll.
  2. Handles payments and record keeping of employees’ statutory and other benefits such as SSS, PHIC, Health and Life Insurance, etc.
  3. Processes all transactions and reports, and keeps records relating to the company’s business permit, BIR registration, SEC registration and CDA registration, and Patents and IPO registration.
  4. Prepares and keeps all legal documents pertaining to the company’s operations.
  5. Acts as recording secretary in all meetings of the Board of Directors, and prepares the minutes of the meetings.
  6. Assist the Executive Director and other staff in the preparation and facilitation of trainings, company events and activities.
  7. Attends to incoming phone calls, visitors and inquiries.
  8. Ensures office upkeep and safety.
  9. Monitor and follow-up billing, compliance and report submission of cooperatives involved in FCIES.
